Private Clients

Bespoke interior design for private homes, renovations, and new builds.

SCROLL

Design that makes your home feel unmistakably yours

A home should reflect the people who live in it — their tastes, their routines, the way they move through a space. Not a designer’s portfolio piece, not a replica of something seen in a magazine, but a home that feels considered, personal, and built around the life that happens inside it.

Ademchic brings the precision and rigour of our commercial practice to private residential work. We begin with spatial planning — understanding how you use your home, where the flow works and where it does not. From there, we develop a design concept and full specification: materials, finishes, lighting, and every detail down to the handles on the doors.

Whether you are renovating a period house, fitting out a new build, or redesigning a single room, we work with the same discipline and attention to detail that has shaped over 130 residential projects across the UK.

Commercial rigour, personal touch

Most private interior designers work either at the decorative end — choosing fabrics and finishes — or at the architectural end, managing structural changes and contractors. Few do both with equal skill, and fewer still bring the spatial planning discipline that comes from designing hundreds of homes for developers.

Our background in residential development means we understand floor plans at a level most private designers do not. We know how to reconfigure a layout to create rooms that feel more generous, more functional, and more resolved — without changing the structural footprint. That expertise translates directly to private homes, where even small spatial adjustments can transform how a house feels to live in.

And because we specify materials for developments where durability and quality are non-negotiable, our private clients benefit from the same standard of specification — finishes that look beautiful on day one and still look beautiful ten years later.

Design that balances drama with restraint — rich materials and considered detail in every room.

Every private project begins with a spatial planning review — we assess how the home works before we discuss how it looks. It is the single most consequential step in any residential design project, and it is where the real value is created.

How we work with private clients: Full Concept Design

01

Spatial Planning & Layout Optimisation

Every project begins at the floor plan. We assess how your home currently works and where it could work better — room proportions, circulation, sight lines, storage, and the relationship between spaces. We produce revised layouts and spatial studies that form the foundation of the design. Often, the most transformative changes are spatial, not decorative.

02

Interior Design Concept & 3D Visualisation

We develop a design concept that is specific to you, your home, and how you live — a considered material palette, colour direction, and design language that reflects your taste and works with the architecture of your property. Photorealistic 3D renders allow you to see and refine every detail before anything is ordered or built, so there are no surprises.

03

Full Specification & Design Intent

We specify every element of the interior — tiles, stone, timber, brassware, sanitaryware, lighting, paint, and wallcoverings. The complete design intent package is then passed to your architect for technical implementation and delivery on site.

Every material is chosen with intention — from the stone and timber that define a room’s character to the brassware and fittings that complete it.

How we work with private clients: Design Consultations

Not every project needs the full service. Sometimes you have a specific question — a layout that is not working, a material decision you cannot commit to, or a room that needs a fresh pair of eyes. A design consultation lets you sit down with Ademchic’s founder and creative director, Karolina, talk through the problem, and leave with clarity.

It is a great option if you do not know where to start, want professional direction without appointing a studio for the full project, or simply want to get a taste of how we work. There is no obligation to go further — but if you do, the consultation fee is credited towards the project.

Lighting transforms a space. We design schemes that work across the full cycle of the day — bright and functional by morning, warm and atmospheric by evening.

Who we work with

We work with homeowners at every stage — whether you are renovating an existing property, building a new home from scratch or need a fresh perspective on what is not working. If you want interior design input from the very first floor plan, or simply looking for guidance on a single room, we can help.

Two homes, two palettes — each designed around how our clients actually live.

“We used Karolina to help design a custom space at our home for a private office. We had very specific requirements, and a tight space to achieve a lot in, whilst still ensuring it was functional without feeling crowded. We could not have done this without Karolina; her guidance, experience and attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommend.”
