Angel Village is a 1.7-acre gated development on City Road, Islington EC1, comprising 130 luxury apartments across studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. The scheme is being delivered by Bentry Capital, with sales led by CBRE and Savills.

Ademchic delivered the complete interior proposition — spatial planning and floor plan optimisation, the full interior design specification, CGI production, VR show home, and the pre-launch property marketing package.

The product itself is unusual — a gated community within the congestion zone, walking distance to Islington High Street, Regent’s Canal, and the City. That combination of village-like privacy and genuine central London connectivity is rare, and the interior specification was designed to honour that — warm, characterful homes that feel nothing like the anonymous apartment buildings that dominate the postcode.

The VIP launch took place in January 2026. Within one month, sixty percent of Phase 1 had sold — all domestic buyers and British-based students choosing to make Angel Village their home. Phase 1 of 88 units is now selling, with Phase 2 to follow.
